I was seriously hesitant to watch leone's once upon a time in america, almost exclusively because i had read that multiple rape scenes occur throughout the film A teenage prostitute is seen having sex with an older man, but no nudity from her, just the man's bare butt Altough the movie has some comedic/darkly comedic elements, it's overall very upsetting Some scenes are hard to watch, since the camera usually doesn't shy away from the graphic violence and sexual assault.
