Is the library part of the orange county library system The winter park library is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization If you have an ocls library card and you live in orange county, you may apply for a reciprocal membership card Please visit here for more information. A reciprocal agreement between the maitland public library (mpl), the orange county public library system (ocls), and the winter park library (wpl) allows mpl and ocls patrons who live in orange county to get a free wpl card. The collection materials are funded in part under the provisions of the state aid to libraries grant program, administered by the florida department of state’s division of library and information services.
The library has collaboration rooms, adult study rooms, youth study rooms, and a recording studio to reserve for free during library business hours
