Was there a massive falling out Has it been addressed anywhere Not laurences biggest fan but i think the lack of transparency surrounding true geordie in the last couple of years has massively hurt his appeal (obviously the controversies too). Geordie shore was a little different to jersey shore & i fell in love with some of the gs cast members as well as some of the jersey shore cast members Nathan, will always be up there from geordie shore!! I haven't watched loads of youtube or podcasts in the last couple of years but i wanted to watch some of the old tg podcasts from 2016/17/18 era from when i was a massive fan for some nostalgia, but it seems a lot of old episodes have been deleted or unlisted
For example the poet and vuj podcast and several of the brian and loz duo episodes from that era Is there links to unlisted episodes. Replacing geordie wouldn’t be killing joke so much as a killing joke tribute—a fun night out, but let’s not kid ourselves Then again, it is not my band or career, so i am in no position to judge the decisions the band will make in the future. I have very rarely if ever met a geordie, or even a mackem or other north easterner and walked away thinking they were an arsehole Everyone from the homeless people on the street, to the everyday people who work in shops, to the people you meet milling around at the train station or sjp or eldon square, to the most rich and influential.
Streaming now, only on paramount+ uk. I always really loved the kick off and what the show stood for I loved the idea of giving the average football fan a voice, and producing a show. Whereas geordie is fundamentally a dialect of english with broadly english grammar and vocabulary, even if it is pronounced differently and uses unique local words and grammatical features.
