I had to do the exact same thing, it was awful I was able to keep up with the trays well enough, but they weren’t enough to move my teeth correctly, started invisalign in may 2018 As soon as the trays were out of my mouth, my teeth would shift wildly and wouldn’t set back I did 7 rounds of refinement trays, the last set of those wouldn’t even fit in my mouth Made the switch to braces.
