Apparently, i didn’t use it often enough. Hello, i'm trying to log into my pc optimum account When i put my login and password it says that it's going to send me an email with my code However, i wait and wait and the email with my code does not arrive The pc optimum app has been doing this for the past couple of days and customer service is closed Is anyone else having this.

Somehow optimum took ownership of the router because when i booted up, internet and all worked fine for a moment and then was locked
No one at optimum knows how to fix the issue and it looks like my $150 router is now bricked! I just need to set up my optimum id from my home network I am in a 90+ degree house With just electricity and a internet connection All in all, i suppose it could be worse I suppose i could be so determined i stay after 3 1/2 hours
