Theobromine is metabolized by multiple enzymes Piperine should greatly slow the cyp1a2 pathway but would have little to no effect on other metabolic pathways It's worth trying if you're certain that you aren't taking other substances that could reach dangerous blood levels because of the piperine I have zero experience with theobromine other than trying large doses of cocoa powder.

400mg is the dose i've taken it at before, generally mixed with other stimulants, nootropics, and other supplements I didn't notice anything negative, theobromine poisoning is a thing but you'd have to take an insane amount of it for any harm to come out of it With all this being said, (as far as possible side effects go) i like alpha yohimbine and grains of paradise so maybe the trembles.
