After about 10 attempts i got an item that caused me to do a mega brimstone attack for about 10 seconds any time i took damage Then i got an item that spawned a random card, rune, or soul heart every time i picked up any collectible Each floor i just kept spawning cards/runes until i got an emperor card or ehwaz rune, take damage, destroy boss with mega brim, repeat until end.
