I am looking for a web app with the above mentioned features which allows to enter custom puzzle Optionally, the ability to enter puzzles with extra logic (sums of cells, killer sudoku, cell coloring, etc.) would be great, but not essential. It's a chrome extension that lets you play sudoku.com online with keyboard controls, making it easier and more enjoyable than ever The web app sudokuexchange.com is really good in terms of puzzle progression and interface, the only slight negative is that the hint explanations for complex patterns are a bit hard to read If you just want to learn about techniques, the best source right now is the video series by sudoku swami on youtube. The app has sudoku variations, not just the classic version and i will continue to add new variations as i go

Some issues i am already aware of (but don't mind hearing pointers about) The stopwatch has issues if you restart the game without getting three strikes or finishing. This subreddit is for learning about and discussing the puzzle sudoku and variants.
