I think genuinely it was a joke to prank idubbbz for a few days Also, knowing the type of content idubbbz makes, sam was completely aware of what he was getting himself into. Because idubbbz himself started to move away from his old content and style of humor And yeah, its just as pathetic as it sounds and judging by how the criticisms are made and towards what, its pretty blatant that it comes from emotionally stunted people with a knack for sexism. I love idubbbz, been following him for a long time, i like his content more than mike's, but i accepted that he would possibly lose I was shocked both with ian's tenacity and mike's general greasiness He really didn't seem like he was connected with this event, like he was just there, as he said, to complete a side quest. The change of h3h3 and idubbbz just seems super disingenuous and so transparently about maximizing profits Which is whatever it’s business but don’t preach morality and then keep being a douche to people their new fans hate. Max was close with idubbbz, max literally basically coached idubbbz on how to grow his channel from the early days.
I liked save the squirrels, i wanted more what’s in the box but overall i was happy he set himself up nice and changed. I’m glad idubbbz grew up and don’t want him to go back to his old content, i just have a hard time finishing his newer vids.
