We have used parker and sons three times within a year for various problems They installed a new hvac unit on our roof, installed a r/o unit in our kitchen and fixed a plumbing problem inside our wall. For a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction, parker & sons has failed to deliver on multiple fronts
