Round 2 is a stomp in hashirama's favor. The same wouldnt work on hashirama due to hashiramas sage mode and superior durability. Minato /has rasengan though, which gives him edge Minato has teleportation, but that requires kunai, itachi knows full well the technique, and itachi is smartest character in naruto. Minato and tobirama have not met prior to this battle, only things minato knows about tobirama is that he uses suiton, shadow clones, and ftg Tobirama knows nothing about minato before they battle.
