Each judicial district is responsible for the administration, financial management, and decisions regarding its local vale funds. All applicants must use the most current vale application form released on 5/16/2025 Do have a person, other than the writer of the grant, review the application Do save an electronic copy of the application that you are submitting to vale and keep for your records. Develop and maintain sound written financial and program policies and procedures and reporting mechanisms as outlined in the standards for the administration of vale programs. These guidelines have been developed to assist the applicant in applying for money from the vale fund of the 7th judicial district for montrose, hinsdale, delta, ouray, san miguel and gunnison counties.
