If you play on pc w/ ds4 windows and experiencing this issue Make sure forza is closed, and open up ds4 windows Click the profile tab and click create new, and the most important change the controller selection to xbox 360, i suggest naming it. Launch ds4windows and the controller led will light up automatically to the color set at the ds4 profile, meaning a successful pairing Launch vdx (xinput to vigem sample application) and you should see player 1 status Launch ds4windows and keep it open and running before launching your game In my case, i didn't need to tweak anything in the ds4windows program, it recognizes the controller and works perfectly in the games i've tried, via origin and via steam.
