You have serious problems with that much leak down really you would like it not go over 10%, when doing a compression test with low compression you would squirt some oil in the cylinder, if the numbers improved then the rings would be worn, i don’t know if the leak down numbers would improve go down by adding oil to the clyinder, bu it couldn.
