My os just prescribed me voltaren gel, i am reading great reviews on it that it really helps with pain relief , any one here tried it , what did u think of. I've had some pain/stiffness relief with voltaren gel for other things like my hands, but i doubt it works very well for post surgical pain. Every month and 1/2 my prescription pharmacy would send 15 more tubes of voltaren so now i have it in boxes on my shelves. Voltaren gel is normally not very effective However it seems you are one of the lucky ones who is seeing good results Long term use of nsaids is not recommended due to multiple side effects You can read about nsaids here (scroll down the page). I think everyone is different and what works for some may or may not work for others
I had tkr surgery on oct 31,2023 (halloween) haha! Now, 12/28, still struggling w/pain & stiffness
