When i was about 16 or so my mom worked late on friday nights

So me and my dad would always rent a movie from blockbuster and order pizza So one night we picked up from dusk til dawn. Visionary director quentin tarantino added this scene to from dusk till dawn (1996) totally because it led to valuable character development and added cinematic value to the film, and not just because he wanted salma hayek's foot in his mouth. The cast was great too, harvey keitel, george clooney, juliette lewis, fred williamson, cheech marin (x3 lol), danny trejo, salma hayek, tom savini, with small roles from john hawkes, michael parks, john saxon & the late kelly preston I've seen many say that the twist ruined the film & that it would've been better without it, what do you think? And in dusk till dawn, salma hayek totally puts her foot in his mouth and pours tequila down it

Sarcasm reply reply davidbowiedavidbowie • In the movie from dusk till dawn (1996), salma hayek's character is named 'satanico pandemonium' which is a tribute to a mexican cult horror movie of the same name from 1975 by gilberto martinez The movie is considered one of the most important horror movies in mexican cinema. From dusk til dawn (1996) awesome vampire movie with a genre twist, starts off as a crime thriller, then next thing you know everyone’s in a bar fighting off vampires. The first time i saw from dusk till dawn when i was 17 and i saw her in this scene, my jaw had dropped open slightly

By the end of this scene where she is pouring that wine or water or whatever that was down her leg and off her foot, i wiped something wet off my chin I realized it was drool This scene actually made 17 year old me drool And i ain't ashamed of it either. I saw it together with a friend who was two years older than me as soon as it was available on vhs It was basically the epitome of cool

The characters, the violence, the action I perfectly remember the improvised weapons, that rude guy advertising the titty twister, super sexy salma hayek, juliette lewis and the great soundtrack.
