The only thing that worked for my baby (and his eczema) was the aveeno baby line We use their cleaning therapy moisturizing wash natural oatmeal & provitamin b5 as well as their lotion Cetaphil (just the normal adult one in the tub for sensitive/dry skin) was a close runner up as far as lotion I cant do smelly stuff either
