6 weeks post op and i’m starting to finally feel normal again While it was obviously an elective surgery i did face some mental hurdles afterwards that reminded me of my emergency surgery i had to have last year Ive felt very limited and unable to do the things i love on a daily basis like go for runs or train with intensity.
