Find the colorprevalence key and set its value to 1 to enable the accent color on the taskbar To change the actual accent color, navigate to hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\themes\accent. Selecting taskbar setting takes one to taskbar settings page (same as windows key +i, personalization + taskbar) But there is no way there to change icon size or taskbar color.
