Alejandro carranza, 40, left home sept 14 to go fishing, his wife, katerine hernandez, and other relatives said. The day after he left, on sept 15, his family, fellow fishermen and colombia’s president, gustavo petro, say carranza was killed in a u.s Military strike on his boat. He has yet to return, and now his family fears the worst.
