In the title blocks of mine i always put nts for a scale factor Hello, has anyone tried to bind a custom shared parameter to views I have sucessfully done this but i'm finding that my parameter (nts, yes/no) is editable on drafting views but read only on most other types of views (plan, elevation) Furthermore it is supposed to default as no but where it is re. As the title suggests, i want to add the model view scale to my drawings, or have the ability to enter a manual scale (e.g Nts) in the title block.
This post is not about the workarounds people can or have come up with, to simply write nts This idea is to actually have a new true 'not to scale' option where a view, when placed on a sheet, can be scaled and resized freely with grips, and be a true 'not to scale'.
