Whats your opinion on streamlabs with obs vs stream elements vs obs And what do successful/big streamers use between Streamlabs for alerts and obs for streaming, or streamelements for alerts but with obs for streaming? So i decided to check out streamelements and after some googling found a lack of answering regarding customizing the chat (without overlay or any such) Knuckled my fingers i did, sipped some coffee to it and went on a adventure. * streamelements * obs studio (or slobs.not gonna judge it) * basic css understanding (or just be good at googling) #important css classes I have been a twitch partner and a member of streamelements' dream team for several years In that time, i have done a number of sponsorships with se, and never had any major problems But it seems things have changed. The video nerd on youtube has a great tutorial video, best streamelements overlay tutorial for beginners, about this explaining how to build the overlays and event labels. The streamelements mobile app loads a streamelements overlay by default
I think with streamelements, you can get this to work, but it's a bit tricky Se.live (obs+streamelements plugin) let you use a bot account to speak your commands instead of the standard streamelements bot Same can be done with all sorts of local hosted bots (i always recommend streamer.bot) however if it's actually a moderator and not a bot account that's just a very active moderator doing a very fast job
