I wish to link this prepaid account to my current fido login account but nowhere in my account for me to do that Online chat told me to register a new account using a new email or told me they don't deal with prepaid plan matters. I recently switched to fido internet and also switched my cell phone from koodo to fido With my current fido login i can see my internet account but can't see my phone account I want to add my phone account to my current fido login so i can easiliy see both and not have to create a new email addre. I tried to use the support chat on fido.ca to have them help me link the home internet account and mobile account, i already login with email address but can only see the mobile account.
Cannot login to fido my account app using iphone 11 tried deleting and reinstalling app doesn't help It's been couple of months that i am trying to use fido.ca to upgrade my phone and it's not working Could no longer login to my account app on iphone, since last update earlier this week Tried on 2 iphones and a ipad When i try login to 'my account' on fido.ca i'm getting 'this page is temporarily unavailable' message It's going on for a few days now, so i figured something is wrong on my end or with my account
However, when i click on 'login to securely access your bill and account info' to view other line usage on the app It tells me that my account is not linked with the profile. No it's not real you can check my history on my fido app login i was checking since 12:01 am thursday but freebies was never available
