Psylocke wins on both rounds. Magik's sword works againt demons, spirits, spells and magicians and betsy is none of those Psylocke's katana is deadly to anyone and anything. At the end this should be the most comprehensive psylocke thread on the web, or that's the goal. Has all of her mutant powers including her psy blades, psy knife and telepath Must be at view distance of opponent in order for her to use her telepathic powers offensively.
Shocker is a similar deal, having decent durability and enough striking power to kill psylocke, but he doesn't have a protection against her telepathy or her psionic blades. And there is a potential story to be told.
