Mmog/le (materials management operational guidelines/logistics evaluation), developed by odette and aiag, is a tool used to assess the supply chain management expertise and capability of automotive manufacturing and logistics sites throughout the world. The oftp2 specification was developed, and is continually maintained, by the odette oftp2 experts group, which brings together the best communication and security experts in the industry. Companies do not have to entirely change their current coding scheme to use the odette id This odette label (210mm x 74mm) was introduced to allow its use on smaller units where the original a5 label was too large It also allows for the inclusion of additional logistics information to facilitate the automated movement of product packaging units from warehouse to trackside. Odette bring together api experts from oems, suppliers and technology providers with the aim of facilitating the deployment of current api standards and identifying new applications for standard apis throughout the automotive supply chain.
