I can see the purchase in my apple subscriptions, showing it is good until may 2nd 2026 However, my microsoft account shows my subscription expired and didn't renew. Trying to use gmail emails with microsoft 360 i have just had to buy microsoft 360 as it was not allowing my outlook to accept anymore emails I shared my subscription with my daughter who uses gmail.
