I have been receiving this error when trying to update from the nc state employees credit union Is anyone else getting this Nc secu member services kept telling me it is due to high web traffic Besides, i download from another credit union too, and that one works fine **anyway, this am i did some troubleshooting and found a workaround Quicken was set to download via direct connect

Harry phillips member april 2021 quicken is corrupting passwords when trying to update transactions i have been trying to correct quicken’s inability to download transactions from my north carolina state employees credit union (which it has not been able to do for more than a week). I have credit card accounts with nc state employees credit union Downloads work great and as charges occur, they appear in the downloaded transactions and i can accept these in to the correct accounts However, when the credit card statement is issued all of the transactions for that month reappear in the downloaded transactions.
I am having trouble getting the web app to download my nc state employees credit union accounts I get a message that says swipe to fix but when i do it says quicken is having trouble contacting the bank The accounts download fine in quicken for windows. Tried to update accounts tonight via one step update using quicken deluxe v r35.23 and i get this error.
