I‘ve been going the gym for almost 5 months now and i‘ve experienced not as much growth as i wanted to and my physique is also mediocre for the given amount of time I bought her gym program and to my surprise she does less sets than i do per muscle group each workout and she only goes to the gym 4 times a week (plus one workout per week at home)
