It is owned by the former bank or i should say that property owner where the bank was on the opposite corner near grand ave M&t bank i think it was called She had gotten direct deposit the first time but then her m & t bank branch closed up and she changed banks I couldn't find where to notify the irs that she had a new account for the direct deposit. A lady coming out of m&t parking lot saw and heard it, and it's good she was not closer to our vehicle or she could have been hit by some of that ice Be careful about what is overhead when you are parking or walking.
