From the 1950’s into the 1970’s he wrote articles and drew political cartoons for the melbourne herald. On sunday, july 6, the chef’s close friend, beverley pinder, confirmed his death to the herald sun. He passed away on friday, with his wife jan and two children by his side. His family confirmed he died peacefully in his sleep on thursday due to complications from a stroke.
