Participating carrier agrees to indemnify and hold harmless teana against any liability arising out of any act or omission of carrier or its agents in complying with initial certification requirements or continuing monitoring standards established in the voi program. All members are welcome to support the scholarship efforts of teana by making an optional contribution Teana awards two scholarships to students related to any teana member, every year.
