A couple of years back, i was flashed 3 different times by the same weirdo while walking home from school and from a friends house. Thank you for supporting our generous flashers with your upvotes and friendly comments Most hadecs3 cameras have been updated to perform monitoring of closed lanes via red x's on the overhead matrix signs, so if you go through a red x with a camera on the gantry it'll flash for that now too.
