Anyway i think i have now resolved, i may be mistaken but from memory i was looking for the certificate using the mmc command, but could not find it, however i have just tried running cert.msc, i'm not a expert in windows and they look nearly the same, anyway this time using cert.msc i found the annoying certificate.
