There used to be a link to email at the top of the spectrum.net home page That link was recently removed. Thank you for reaching out I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue accessing your email and would like to help With you being able to send fine via earthlink's webmail this sounds like an issue within outlook itself At this time i would contact earthlink to see if they can assist you with verifying the server info as well as troubleshoot this further

Every time i ry to open my charter email i have the same i can't open it without jumping thru hoops.don't you have an icon where it will just take me there? Also, you posted your question in the outlook on the web (outlook.com) forum focused on accessing an outlook.com via webmail (your browser) so not at all clear whether your question pertains to adding an earthlink account as a connected account to an outlook.com account or this is in reference to an earthlink account and the outlook desktop.
